Refund policy
Digital products don’t require shipping.
We will file tracers with the shipping carrier used and pass that information on to you.
Refund - Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- If you an issue with your order, please report any refund requests for damaged or missing parts must reported within ten (10) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and refund your account. We also request a picture of damages, this way we can process your claim and process a refund as quickly as possible.
In an email, please provide your name, your address, date of purchase and order number and any other information that may assist us in researching your order.
